Are syn6100414 and syn23568603 the same file?

Their MD5 sums are identical. Furthermore, when I try to download MSBB_Proteomics_PFC_PROTEINOUTPUT.txt, the file that I actually get is named MSSM_Proteomics_PFC_PROTEINOUTPUT.txt. Can you confirm that these two Synapse ids are linked to the same file? Or am I missing something? Thanks! Yury

Hi Yury, It does indeed seem like these two synIDs are the same file. They were uploaded in 2016, so I'm not sure exactly what happened but my guess was that someone attempted to rename the entity and it got duplicated in the process. We will "deprecate" syn23568603 and archive it. Thank you for catching this! Abby
