Is there any description of the preprocessing of the MSBB proteomics from PHG (syn24995077)?
Also is there any reason that Agora is not referring this data? I can only see the proteome from Anterior Prefrontal Cortex (AntPFC) (e.g. https://agora.adknowledgeportal.org/genes/ENSG00000132639/evidence/protein)

Agora currently only displays LFQ proteomic data, but we are currently working on adding support for TMT proteomics as well. The initial TMT release will include ROSMAP TMT data for the DLPFC region, and should be available later this year. We are evaluating the MSBB PHG data to determine whether we can include it in a subsequent release.
