Hello, I checked the clinical diagnosis of syn21595807 (https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn21595807.1) and syn21599326.1 (https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn21599326.1) in ROSMAP clinical metadata is not matched with the [A transcriptomic atlas of aged human microglia](https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-018-02926-5#Sec10) or [Single cell RNA sequencing of human microglia uncovers a subset associated with Alzheimers disease](https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-020-19737-2). In ROSMAP, this donor was diagnosed as MCI but in these two papers, this donor was diagnosed as AD. Would you mind clarifying the diagnosis for this sample? Thank you so much in advance! Minh

Hi Minh, The ROSMAP clinical metadata in the AD Portal is provided by Rush. I'm not sure why the diagnosis for this individual doesn't match what is published in the Olah et al 2020 paper, but I would suggest reaching out to the authors or the Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center to clarify. If there is an error in the data we have we can work with Rush to provide a corrected version. Sorry I don't have more info! Abby
