Hi, I am mapping the sample ID with their corresponding gene expression fastq files(syn11468526) and was directed to the metafile(syn11673599). However, there is only one line in the metafile(syn11673599) with ID mapping while the gene expression fastq files(syn11468526)have 10 subjects. I wondered if the file is truncated or the ID mapping information is elsewhere. I would appreciate it if you could help me look into this issue. Thanks, Bowen Jin

Hi there, That metadata file is deprecated. You can find the updated RNAseq metadata for the ROSMAP study here: syn21088596. You should be able to join the specimenID annotations on the fastq files with the specimenID values in the RNAseq assay metadata, which can then be joined to the biospecimen metadata (syn21323366) and individual metadata (syn3191087). Please find more information on metadata within the AD Portal [here](https://help.adknowledgeportal.org/apd/About-Metadata.2241626149.html#AboutMetadata-Whatiscontainedineachmetadatafile?). Let me know if that helps! Best, Abby
