snRNAseqAD_TREM2 study genotypes

Hi, I was wondering where we could get the TREM2 genotypes for the individuals who are part of the study. I don't see them in the metadata file. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we have only a limited subset of the ROSMAP clinical data. If you need additional clinical data, you'll need to contact RADC to request access to the extended clinical data. You can contact RADC at: https://www.radc.rush.edu/ Best, Jessica
Hi, I was referring to the following study syn21670836: (The single nucleus RNAseq analysis of TREM2-impact in Alzheimer?s disease (snRNAseqAD_TREM2) study) I assume the clinical metadata file (syn21739081) should include the TREM2 genotype but I can't find it. Thanks!
