please is it possible to change number of MRI image slices? I know that I can remove some slices if I want to reduce the number of slices but my question is regarding if it is possible to increase the number of the slices (I mean if I have an MRI image (100,100,100) to (100, 100,200). I note: I know I can do resize or scaling but I am asking any other method otherwise resize and scaling?

For the processing/design of the approach/algorithm/methods, you are free to resize/rescale the dimension of data of your choice but make sure the segmentation output file should be of original size i.e. 240*240*155.
