How to submit the short paper this year?

Hello, In the "How to participate" column, I only saw the "Submission Tutorial (Writeup)".Therefore, I would like to ask whether the short paper should be submitted in the form of 8-10 LNCS pages or in the form of "writeup"? Where can I submit the short paper? Looking forward to your reply?thanks!
