Hi
I couldn't find 'File Tools' for 'Submit File to Challenge', though I uploaded my Submission Tarball!
Under 'Files' of the created projet, 'Files Tools' only show two options of 'Upload or Link to a Fille' and'Add New Folder'.
Where could I find "File Tools" illustrated in [ 4, Submit your Predictions ] ?
Your any help would be appreciated!

As suggested by @YLLAB , if you click on the File, it will take you to the [File Entity](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn26118312) and you can then submit it to the challenge.

I wonder why I can't see 'submit file to challenge', though I uploaded - as shown in the following screen capture.

Something wrong with my file uploading? After entering the file you uploaded, you can see submit file to challenge.
