Is there a simple step by step example of creating a docker image for a segmentation routine that uses python and leverages the gpu that will be used later?
I'm also still confused about the input and output parameters, is it the folder that contains the validation files and the segmentation output folder?

I think that submitting the docker version will give faster results than submitting the segmentation result file. Hi @agussa,
For evaluation of the validation dataset, you don't need to create a docker image.
Could you please check this page which explains the procedure to submit the results for the validation dataset?
