Dear BraTS team,
Is it valid to submit the segmented output as i) Enhancing tumor, ii) Tumor core, iii) the Whole tumor in a 3x240x240x155 array to the leaderboard as the leaderboard evaluate these regions?
Does the segmentation output have to contain NCR/NET (label =1), Edema (label = 2), and enhancing tumor (label = 4) in a 1x240x240x155) array?

The segmentation file would be of size 240x240x155. It is not compulsory that the segmentation file must contain all the labels i.e. 0,1,2 and 4. For reference, you can check the segmentations provided with the training dataset.
