Hello dear organizer, I sent my segment files. My model has been trained on two modalities, so I sent my segment files on two data validation modalities. And that in each patient folder with its own ID I put the zip files of two segmented modalities. Is there anything wrong with this? And my files end in nii.zip. Do they have to be nii.gz in every segment file? Thank you in advance
