Is BraTS 2021 data containing data from previous years?

As far as I have read the paper, it indicated that the 2021 data is updated from competitions of the previous years with some changes in conventions. Is that true or am I misunderstanding at some points? Is there any overlap between the private test data and the data from previous years?
