submission limit problem

Hello @vchung @trberg, I sent out one submission today at Eastern time, so I should have two left today which is what I need to postpone my results. But it turns out that this tells me I have reached the limit of the number of three submissions? How do I manage it?

@Alxaline , Apologies for the confusion! The Synapse platform uses UTC for the quotas as it is the time standard. Rest assured, you should be able to resubmit 3 more times in 1.5 hours, up until 23:59 EST.
Thanks for reply @vchung Just to be sure, so in approximately 2 hours it will be good to resubmit 3 new cases? i'm in Paris, France. I thought the reset was based on the eastern time... Best regards,
Hi @Alxaline , Daily submission limits go by UTC time and do not reset until 00:00:00 UTC.
