Result of Testing dataset

Hi! We got the result of the testing dataset. It seems like our method has good performance on some of the data, But the rest is 0. We wonder whether the test data has two orientations. And what is the difference between Brain LPI and Bran RPI? Thanks!

Hi @tonywang001, The test dataset had two different orientations. But for the ranking purpose, we only consider those cases that had orientation similar to the training cohort. We will be summarizing this in the post-challenge journal manuscript with meta-analysis.
