I submitted my results two days ago, but the status is pending or not updated after two days. Is there anything wrong, or do I simply need to wait a bit longer?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The Synapse platform has a weekly update every Sunday and this sometimes halts our evaluation workflow. I have since restarted it and your scores should be sent shortly.
Let me know if you do not receive them in a timely manner.
