Question on training set - causative variants not reported?

Dear RGP Organizers, we have downloaded training data, but metadata file "CAGI6_RGP Training Set metadata with age of onset.xls" does not report the causative variants per sample. Shouldn't this information supposed to be included for training? Thank you, Ivan
