Missing fields in the header of VCF files

Hello, When running `bcftools` on train and test joint VCF files, I can see there are some fields missing from the header and they seem to be corrupt. Have someone fixed it? Otherwise I'll do it, but just wondering if someone has came with the same issue. Many thanks in advance! kristina

Sorry, @yuning96, I've just seen this now. We just selected the `PASS` variants and you can avoid that problem coming from non interesting variants. I'll email you now
