Docker and matlab

hi there, we have a license for Matlab. Can we build a docker image to run our models using Matlab and our license in your servers for the submission? thanks!

Unfortunately, DREAM Challenges do not allow entries to include "any proprietary content such as proprietary software or databases (including software/resources that require usage licenses and agreements)." ([DREAM Challenge Rules Summary](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn10144149/wiki/448311)) - this includes MATLAB.
