Hello I'm interested in overlapping CMS specific genes with another geneset. I was wondering where I can find CMS-specific gene lists? I can find the 693 genes in the CMS classifier R package but was not quite sure how to interpret the centroid data. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks for your time.
