Dear authors, Thank you very much for making your data available! It's proven very useful for my research. I have a specific question regarding the tumor proportion score for the 234 PD-L1 stained whole-slide images that you release. Dr. Sauter seems to have graded 201 cases according to the data that I find 'files/datasets/PDL1\_SCORE.parquet', but using the 'dmp\_pt\_id' which is provided both in the parquet file as the data omnibus ("files/datasets/18193MSKMINDProjectM-OmnibusInventory\_DATA_2021-12-20\_1540-WITH-TB-and-SCANNER.csv") I can only link those back to 157 whole-slide images. However, there is also a 'clinical\_pdl1\_score' column in the omnibus, which seems to list a TPS value for all 234 available WSIs. I have two concrete questions: * Did Dr. Sauter score only a subsection of the cases for TPS? Is it possible to link the the remaining (201-157) = 44 TPS values to one of the shared WSIs? * Is the 'clinical_pdl1_score' the TPS value as scored in clinical routine? There seems to be good concordance on the 157 cases that overlap between Dr. Sauter and this column, so this seems trustworthy, can this also be used as a TPS value for the WSIs?
