The description for AMP-RA_CEL-Seq (syn47579773) states that "This dataset contains scRNAseq data on the synovium from 58 individuals with Rheumatoid arthritis or Osteoarthritis." Upon mapping, of individual ID between clinical data and biospecimen metadata files, no OA individual was found in the dataset provided. Could there be a mistake in the clinical data or is the description incorrect?

The "diagnosis" labels in [AMP-RA.SLE_clinical.csv](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn47136972.2) have been updated. There you will find 18 individualIDs labeled OA. This update will be formally announced in the 2024.07.R1 release announcement coming soon.
