Hi there, I want to prepare the validation segmentation files for submitting. However, I could not find any more information about how the labels should be submitted (like one-hot encodings or numbers, what classes to include, do we include confidence scores, etc) except that we should submit a single tarball with nifti files in a specific format. Could you redirect me to the format details of the actual image content of the segmentation (for both validation and testing)? Thanks.
