I have received mail that I can join and access the data. But when click on download it's showing access is necessary.

I see. In addition to that email, you should've received another one asking you to join the **BraTS Challenge Participants** team. If you do not see it in your inbox, try checking your Spam folder; sometimes Synapse emails will get filtered there.
Otherwise, you can directly find team invitations on the [Teams dashboard page](https://www.synapse.org/#!Profile:3453177/teams) as well.
