I have made a submission to the challenge. However, I cannot see my submission on the submission dashboard an it is written in the explanation that I can see the progress of my submission. Are submissions only seen there when they are scored or did my submission failed to reach you?

Apologies for that! You should now be able to track your progress in the [Dashboard](#!Synapse:syn27130803/wiki/619283). We also have the same problem and we submitted our first submission one week ago. They told us we should have received the feedback within one week but it's already passed that time. It's impossible for us to tune or adjust our model if we can't have any feedback. Really hope we can also get some help on this.
