The website https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn5585484 described that The FDR for these eQTL have been summarized into significance bins (<0.01, <0.05, <0.1, <0.2 and non-significant (NS)). Full results, including FDR, p-value, and effect size estimates for both eQTL and isoQTL, are available in the Controlled Access Data. We downloaded the CMC_MSSM-Penn-Pitt_DLPFC_Analysis_eQTL-adjustedNoSVA-binned.txt and CMC_MSSM-Penn-Pitt_DLPFC_Analysis_eQTL-adjustedSVA-binned.txt. However, we did find the non-significant (NS) eQTL.

Hi, I also downloaded the CMC_MSSM-Penn-Pitt_DLPFC_Analysis_eQTL-adjustedNoSVA-binned.txt and CMC_MSSM-Penn-Pitt_DLPFC_Analysis_eQTL-adjustedSVA-binned.txt(https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn5585484), But there is no non-significant (NS) eQTL in these files, so where can I get the full dataset that contains the non-significant (NS) eQTLs. Thanks. Best, Ruifeng
Dear Solveig Sieberts, Thank you very much for you careful despondence. We are very interested in the eQTL dataset in the website https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn5585484 We downloaded the CMC_MSSM-Penn-Pitt_DLPFC_Analysis_eQTL-adjustedNoSVA-binned.txt and CMC_MSSM-Penn-Pitt_DLPFC_Analysis_eQTL-adjustedSVA-binned.txt. The website described that the FDR for these eQTL have been summarized into significance bins (<0.01, <0.05, <0.1, <0.2 and non-significant (NS)). It means that these eQTL dataset should include the significant eQTL with FDR<0.01, <0.05, <0.1, <0.2 and also include the non-significant (NS) eQTL. However, we did find the non-significant (NS) eQTL in both files above. I want to ask whether both files above included non-significant (NS) eQTL. Thank you very much again. Best wishes, Guiyou Liu
Guiyou- I'm happy to help you, but I'm not sure what you're asking. Could you please clarify? Thanks.
