Having trouble requesting a token.

Hi all, I'm having trouble receiving a token. The button reads: "Your request for a Synapse Token has been sent." However, I haven't seen an e-mail from synapse.org or sagebase.org. Can you all reissue me a token? Thanks

I received the token! I apologize for responding so late. Thank you.
I generated a new token. Let me know if you receive it
Sorry, I forgot to mention that I had checked the spam folder (I don't get much at the institution e-mail address). I didn't receive the token to my knowledge. Thank you for your help.
Please check you spam folder. If not there let me know and we will issue a new token
