Are PD (Parkinson's disease) data available in CommonMind or in PsychENCODE, and in particular microarrays or RNA-Seq summary (gene level)?

You may want to check the BRAINcode (http://www.humanbraincode.org), which includes substantial nigra dopamine neuron (SNDA) RNAseq for ~100 human brains. PD's brain data is coming soon.
It seems that currently all data in AMP-PD is from blood samples. However, I am looking for Parkinson's data from brain regions.
No, neither portal focuses on neurodegenerative disorders. Are you familiar with [AMP-PD](https://www.ninds.nih.gov/Current-Research/Focus-Disorders/Accelerating-Medicines-Partnership-Parkinsons-Disease-AMP-PD). The data generated through that partnership is hosted through https://amp-pd.org/
