eQTL catalogue sample overlap

Hi, Recently, I have been working with the summary statistics of the CMC in the eQTL catalogue database and I was wondering if there is any sample overlap of the CMC with the samples used in the GTEX project. Best regards, Fernanda

@fdsantos These contain only samples from the CMC and HBCC cohorts. There is no overlap with GTEX. Solly
