I downloaded the Proteomics data (e.g syn22286808) but it seems that the sheets do not contain any experimental data. There only seems to be Proteins and their accession numbers. Am I missing something? Or do we not have access to experimental data (from Mass Spectrometry, swath analysis etc.) on Synapse?

the file you referenced (ANMerge_Proteomics_under_90.csv, syn22286808) holds UniProt IDs from column 9 onward (e.g. P0C0L5, P03951, Q9Y4X3, P39060, P01033, P00750). In these columns you find the values resulting from the SOMAscan approach the AddNeuroMed study used. Additionally, we added common clinical assessments and demographic variables in the first 8 columns.
