I'd like to implement whatever tool was used in smcFusion_1471957621_merged.cwl. Can I get access to the file? Or to the team members? Is there a list of who's on which team? That particular file was submitted by team Winterfell, so I'm guessing they're Games of Thrones fans, but that doesn't narrow it down :-) This is not to best anyone in the challenge, I'm looking for good fusion detection programs for our Genomics Production Core at UCSC.
