Despite being registered, signed-in, and using the same account where our team submitted docker images, I am unable to submit a write-up, because there is no visible "Submit" button on the write-up submission tutorial page. Instead, I see text which says "Please register to make a submission."

I suspect the reason you can't see it now is that the submissions are closed and the deadline has passed. Was this the case before the deadline as well?
