Hi everyone, First of all, I'd like to thank you for sharing this dataset on the Synapse platform. I enjoyed reading your paper and wanted to use the panspecies.ai dataset for some of my own experiments. As I was working with the dataset, I noticed it is hard to retrieve which specific tiles from the raw images were used for annotations. While the paper briefly describes the tiling process and I found the associated [GitHub repository](https://github.com/qalid7/compath), I'm having trouble pinpointing the exact tiles. It appears that the images were tiled at a certain size at the native level and a single tile was used for annotating. Am I correct in assuming this? I'm wondering if there's a way to determine these specific tiles or if it's possible to include an additional file that provides the x and y coordinates, as well as the width and height of each selected tile at the native level.
