I have observed a modification to the censored test dataset. There is a new table `Long COVID Silver Standard Blinded` which contained the `covid_index` and right now there are only 300 identical person_id in the test dataset. I would like to know whether this dataset format is finalized.

The format of the file will stay the same, but when we update the test set with the held out test data, this file will be updated with the new patients.
