Jobs should appear in the list immediately after submitting, not when they start running

Hi I have noticed that my jobs only appear in the list of jobs in the tool "Stop a Running Job" when they start running. I think it would be desirable to have instant feedback and show the jobs which are queued too. Thanks Dezso
