job stuck in "Evaluation In Progress" state

Hi, I was trying to cancel my job after its status haven't been updated nearly a day. But now it seems to get stuck in "cancel requested". Will this stuck job consume my time quota? and can you help me remove that job? Submission ID of stuck job is 7799334. Thank you in advance.
