@darrylbobo: Our computation of the server time you use is based on the start time of the job. When we restart your job, the start time advances, so you are not penalized for the previous time consumed. @yuanfang.guan I changed the status of submission 7839042 from "CLOSED" to "INVALID" which omits it from our quota computation.
Hi, @brucehoff Thanks. I saw our job was restarted. Please let me know when you figure out the cause. Also, I would appreciate it if you can reimburse our time quota for this job (7837179). This job started on 2PM Dec. 12, and was frozen on 11PM Dec. 12.
no need to restart, i already re-started, please just deduct the hours, because that's like 14 hours.... also what happened to sc1 test fast lane? i never received any response in the past two submissions
@darrylbobo, @yuanfang.guan: The server running your jobs stopped last night. The jobs will be started up on another server while we investigate the cause.
