Where do I send the submission file?

The Wiki gives very verbose information about submission files, but I cant find in that lengthy document how to actually submit it.

Dear Clinton, The information is in the wiki, but perhaps we should highlight it better. It 2 paragraphs above the "Training submissions" section. Glad you were able to find the answer in the webinar. Best, Thomas
