The log file for submission iD: 7991182 is not being updated. Its been running starting Thursday, January 5, 2017 3:42 PM, until now but I haven't gotten any updates to the log files since

Thanks for the reply. But there was not actual updates to the file until completion of the process. Which defeats the purpose of having intermittent updates allowing us to prematurly end the process to save our time quota.
could you kindly check to make sure robust intermittent updates?
