I requested cancellation for syn8028059 a while ago but the status still says 'Cancel Requested'.
On the other hand, syn8031237 which I submitted after syn8028059 has successfully cancelled.
Could you please make sure that syn8028059 is stopped and my team is not using time quota because of that job?

Created by Seung Wook Kim swkim Yes, I got an email saying that the job had stopped after more than 10 hours since I had requested cancellation. I just want to make sure those hours are not counted towards time used.

I see all your submissions and I think all the ones you want stopped has been stopped? In the future, could you please give me the submission id's and not the synapse id's of which you submit?
