It is not clear in the DREAM_DM_starter_tf.py code how to load a previously trained model's checkpoint file to make predictions. Also the option csv3 is not used at all in that Python code. Could you please ask the implementer to updade it (if necessary) and the sc1_infer.sh code to make inference?

I have forwarded your question to the implementor. I made a pull request to change the score_sc1.sh to sc1_infer.sh. As for the other things, I'm afraid I'm not familiar enough with the code base to answer your questions.
