URGENT: 8044454 never progressed, i called cancel, never responded

please help to terminate and please return the hours. the machine is dead, and it consumed a whole night of the compute-hour. thanks!

OK. now after about 12 hours it is canceled, questionably on my request over 12 hours ago, or by force by the organizers. my question now is, now I submitted a new job earlier morning, 8046724, it has been running for the whole morning without new log update for a long while now. I think it is on the dead machine again. can you : 1. check if 8044454 and 8046724 are on the same machine. 2. Return the hours for 8044454 3. if 1 is true, return both the hours, and take down that machine? thank you so much ! ----- never mind, it just updated 2 minutes ago. maybe this system has intellegence. I need to first complain, so it will respond automatically according to my complain. :-)
