no full log from preprocessing and now stuck

Hi, my submission 8077758 has not produced the entire log I was expecting from the preprocessing (STDOUT + STDERR) and now it seems stuck. I've tried to cancel but it does not update. Thanks

Ok thanks, I was just wondering why I could not get the same log I got running the training in the express lane. The log file contained just one line of text.
When the servers are busy it seems to take a long time to cancel a running model (and they're definitely busy now).
