Which submissions count toward Round 2?

Dear Organizers, If we make a submission to the scoring lanes before the round 2 deadline, will those submissions still count towards round 2 even if scoring has not completed by the deadline? Thanks!

Yes they should (as long as they finish without an error). They let submissions run for a few extra days after the last deadline (unfortunately my submissions had strange errors and didn't count).
