The timeline says the deadline for 3rd round is on March 21st. I have read in the discussion forum that the final submission for 3rd round is March 9th.
Is it possible to clarify. Thanks.

And what did you mean by Scoring Period 3 weeks? I think scoring of all the submitted containers will take much more time as showed 2nd round. Dear Mohammad,
Round 3 ends on March 21 and not March 9th. Sorry for the confusion.
