I was wondering two things regarding the training quota:
1) Will the training quota be increased for current round? If the overall training load hasn't been that bad, it could be helpful.
2) What will the training quota be like for the final round?

1. It is unlikely that the time quota will be increased in Round 3.
2. The time quota available to train your model in the Validation Phase should be the same as during a Leaderboard round (2 weeks / team).
