we are having a strange problem in our submisions in sc1 and many have failed
Currently we have two instances (I asked to kill one of them) but we wanted
to submit a different version to see if we can find the problem. However
the system says that we have exceded the quota and we only have two running submisions...
What is the reason?

we are not having this issue anymore. When the buggy submissions were cancelled it dissapeared.
The strange thing was that we had two running submissions and we thought that we still had a free slot
