Is there any information publicly available on how you performed data cleaning for the challenge? In particular, one problem I imagine you might have run into is that some people who were assigned BIRADS 0 by a radiologist don't come for further examination after screening mammography. Did you exclude such people of the data set completely? Does the data set also include the patients who were assigned BIRADS 0 but were not confirmed to have cancer by biopsy?
