dead link to "about the challange"

I am logged in. When I click "About the challenge", on the home page (https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn4224222/wiki/401743) I go to https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn4219927/wiki/231813, and it says: "You are not authorized to access the page requested".
