Can you please clarify the type of cancer that should be predicted? Are the challenge goals to predict ANY type (in-situ as well as invasive) or just invasive cancers? Thanks!
Created by bnorth Thomas is correct. ANY type of cancer (in situ as well as invasive). There will be both DCIS (in-situ) and invasive cancers, though the prediction is not requested to make the distinction.
