For a given exam, you can know if a breast is positive (i.e. the breast has been diagnosed with cancer within 12 months of the given screening mammography exam) or negative using the covariates cancerL and cancerR from the exams metadata table (see [Challenge Questions](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn4224222/wiki/401749)).
